Our journey began in 1972 with the opening of Maxwell’s Bar & Grill. Located on King Street in Covent Garden, Maxwell’s quickly established itself as a cornerstone of London’s dining scene, offering high-quality American casual fare. Over the decades, it has become a beloved favorite among both locals and tourists exploring London’s vibrant West End.

In the early 1990s, we expanded our horizons with the launch of PJ’s Chelsea Brasserie. Nestled in the heart of Chelsea, PJ’s has been a hub for the local social scene, providing a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience that has become a cherished part of the neighbourhood.

Following our success, we introduced Palm Court Brasserie and Boulevard Brasserie in Covent Garden. These restaurants both offer a delightful taste of traditional French cuisine, continuing our commitment to excellent dining in the heart of London.

Our latest venture, Old Compton Brasserie, opened its doors in Soho in September 2018. This addition to our collection brings a fresh and contemporary twist to our culinary offerings, while maintaining the high standards that have defined our brand.
